Craig Jones

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Dr. Craig Jones grew up on a farm west of Comanche, Oklahoma in the small town of Corum. He attended Comanche Public Schools and after graduation got his first degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. While at Southwestern Oklahoma State, Dr. Jones roped calves as a member of the rodeo team. Dr. Jones received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University and began practicing veterinary medicine in Espanola, New Mexico. He finally made it to Texas in 1990 when he began working as an associate at the Northside Animal Clinic. Dr. Jones is licensed to practice medicine in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Texas Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Jones has been married Stephanie since 1994 and has two daughters, Lauren and Lindsey, who are 16 and 13 years old. When not practicing medicine Dr. Jones enjoys shooting sporting clays, hunting, fishing, raising show pigs, NASCAR, fossil hunting, and most of all telling his wife and children endless and pointless homilies. Throughout the years, the Jones’ family has owned a variety of pets including (but not limited to) horses, cows, dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, goats, parakeets, rabbits, donkeys, water buffalo, and a pet possum with an effervescent personality.

Dr. Kevin Stehn is not a native Texan, in fact, he was born in Redondo Beach, California, but he got here as fast as he could. Dr. Stehn's family moved to Mesquite when he was five years old. Dr. Stehn received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M (WHOOP!) in 1996 and a Doctorate of Veterinary Science Degree from Texas A&M in 2001. After graduation, he practiced at Cedar Hill Veterinary Clinic where he primarily worked on horses. Dr. Stehn has been on staff at the Northside Animal Clinic since 2006. Dr. Stehn is married to Dondee and has two kids, Samantha age 12 and Frankie age 11.In his spare time, Dr. Stehn enjoys playing his guitar, riding his Harley, and is active at the Cowboy Church in Mansfield. Dr. Stehn has four very spoiled canine friends named "Molly", "Maudie", "Marie" and "Aurora", who he calls the "good kids". His animal family also includes one completely outnumbered cat named "Angelica".
